We are seeking a contract PMO Lead to support a large separation programme of work, alongside overseeing delivery across a small number of additional strategic projects. The role will focus on establishing strong programme governance, providing oversight across multiple workstreams, and ensuring consistent delivery standards across the programme.
Key skills and requirements:
- Strong experience working as a PMO Lead or Senior PMO Manager within large enterprise programmes or transformation environments.
- Experience supporting large separation, transformation, or change programmes, ideally with multiple workstreams.
- Proven experience establishing and managing programme governance, reporting frameworks, and delivery controls.
- Strong oversight of RAID management, programme planning, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.
- Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders, programme leadership, and project delivery teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Experience managing PMO processes across multiple concurrent projects and workstreams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate in complex programme environments.
