We’re looking for a detail-oriented Finance professional to support a busy Group Finance function across multiple UK entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare annual PSA and P11D calculations
- Balance sheet reconciliations across two UK legal entities
- Manage credit card accruals and statement reconciliations
- Oversee expense processing, compliance, and monitoring
- Support intercompany sales/purchase ledgers and raise intercompany invoices
- Assist with FX files and monthly intercompany netting cycles
- Process and code non-ledger bank payments
- Support VAT returns (1 UK entity)
- Provide month-end support to UK Finance leadership
- Prepare bi-annual payment practice reports
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Ad-hoc finance support as required
Environmental, Safety & Compliance
- Act in line with health, safety, and compliance procedures
- Lead by example, ensuring safe working practices at all times
Requirements
- Accounting background with month-end experience
- Solid understanding of debits and credits
- Experience with IFS or similar ERP system
- AAT qualified / studying / QBE
- Experience with SAP Concur or similar expense systems
