We’re looking for a strong WebGL Developer to join a creative development team building immersive, animation-heavy digital experiences for major client campaigns.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Strong hands-on WebGL experience
- Advanced front-end development skills
- Experience with React + modern JavaScript ecosystems
- GSAP animation experience is essential
- Experience building interactive, motion-heavy web experiences
- Strong portfolio showcasing WebGL demos, creative coding, visual storytelling, or immersive microsites
Nice to Have:
- AstroJS experience
- Agency / creative studio / campaign production background
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building highly polished single-page interactive experiences
- Developing animation-heavy interfaces, transitions, parallax effects, and motion-driven storytelling
- Turning provided designs into fast-working prototypes
- Collaborating through iterative feedback and revision cycles
- Delivering high-quality creative builds within fast-moving timelines
Ideal Candidate:
- Fast prototyper with strong visual execution
- Comfortable with changing client timelines and project pauses
- Flexible, reliable, and experienced in agency-style workflows
- Able to work independently with ambiguity and async feedback cycles
