The Role As the User Researcher, you'll be responsible for planning and conducting research that ensures products and services are designed around genuine user needs.
You'll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, business analysts and developers to turn research insights into actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities Plan, design and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research.
Identify user needs and behaviours through interviews, usability testing, surveys and workshops.
Analyse research findings and present clear, evidence-based recommendations.
