Technical Programme Manager – 12 Month FTC Location: Leeds – Hybrid Type: FTC – 12 months (possible extension or perm) Salary: £90k-£95k Sector: Financial Services Start: ASAP The Opportunity We\’re looking for a sharp, delivery-focused Technical Programme Manager to lead a major digital transformation in a top-tier UK financial services firm. This is a flagship initiative backed, focused on: Full service & customer journey redesign Moving customer authentication from on-prem to cloud Rolling out new features earlier to customers You\’ll be the glue between tech, design, suppliers and internal teams – driving delivery, managing risks, aligning to TOM, and keeping everything on track for a big bang cutover. Key Focus Areas Own and drive low-level design and mobilisation Manage complex supplier relationships and internal delivery teams Navigate hybrid delivery (not strict Agile or Waterfall) Understand and deliver to a Target Operating Model (TOM) Lead across technical change, governance, risk, and delivery control What You\’ll Bring Strong track record delivering complex IT programmes in FS Excellent grasp of cloud integration/migration, ideally with IBM Security Verify / ISAM Hands-on with deep tech and low-level design Deep understanding of TOM delivery and end-to-end service change Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders and managing suppliers Experience in regulated, risk-heavy environments
