A leading consultancy is expanding its ServiceNow practice and is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect, ideally holding the highly sought-after ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification. You will work in a fully client-facing capacity, partnering with multiple enterprise clients to shape, design, and deliver complex ServiceNow solutions that underpin large-scale digital transformation. This is an opportunity to play a strategic role across diverse programmes, influence architectural direction, and become a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the end-to-end technical architecture of ServiceNow implementations across multiple clients and sectors.
- Translating business challenges into scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
- Providing architectural governance, solution assurance, and design authority throughout the project lifecycle.
- Working closely with client stakeholders, delivery teams, and product owners to ensure alignment with best practice and platform capabilities.
- Driving technical excellence across engagements, promoting the use of out-of-the-box functionality where appropriate.
- Supporting pre-sales activities, shaping proposals, and contributing to thought leadership within the practice.
What We’re Looking For
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – essential.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect within consultancy or complex multi-client environments.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, integrations, CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, HRSD, SecOps, or other major modules.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions.
- Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to work across multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to guide delivery teams, articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders, and influence architectural decision-making.
