System Analyst | 6 Month Contract | (Inside IR35) | Hybrid | Starting ASAP Day Rate: DOE About the Role: Harvey Nash’s Pub Sec client is seeking a talented and experienced System Analyst to join their Digital Delivery team.

You will be part of an established agile delivery team working to deliver a new back-office database and associated reporting applications.
This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role where working independently whilst collaborating effectively within the wider team is key.
Essential Skills & Experience: Data Design and Modelling within an Oracle environment to support business requirements.
Proficiency in taking business requirements and transforming these into a technical solution.
Proficiency in documenting functional specifications.
Provide feedback on technical solutions and data models to business analysts and development teams.
Proficient in PL/SQL and SQL.
Proven experience in Oracle RDBMS database development.
Design, develop and modify relational database objects including Tables, View, Packages, Triggers and Indexes.
Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., MS DevOps).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Understanding and experience with Agile methodologies.
Desirable: Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure.
Knowledge of MS DevOps.
This role has been deemed Inside IR35 by the client.
