Support Analyst - Excel - Sought by leading investment bank based in Belfast - Contract - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in financial forecasting, budgeting, and management
  • Producing regular and ad hoc high quality financial reports in line with agreed reporting schedules and ensuring the timely distribution of these against agreed SLAs and using appropriate dissemination channels
  • Assist in the preparation of PowerPoint materials to include refreshing templates or quality assuring work produced by others
  • Work as directed on excel data files; receipting, storing, amalgamating, and creating summaries of key themes

Knowledge/Experience:

  • A strong/intermediate experience of excel to include experience with formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables
  • Experience of using SharePoint to store/retrieve files
  • Extracting data from in-house systems
  • Experience of producing high quality and accurate reports for senior audiences in demanding timeframes
  • Experience of learning new work/activities quickly
  • Experience of working with financials would be desirable

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
