- Strong commercial experience in at least one of: Python, Java, C#/.NET, JavaScript or TypeScript
- A pragmatic and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Experience designing and building maintainable, well-structured systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A passion for learning new technologies and continuously developing your skills
