We're supporting a leading healthcare organisation in the North East that is recognised nationally for the quality of its care and innovation. We are looking for x2 Business Analysts who can drive meaningful change across the organisation. These roles sit within an Agile team that works in a multidisciplinary environment. You'll play a key part in shaping how technology is designed, delivered and embedded across the organisation, helping to create solutions that improve workflows, enhance patient journeys and support staff across a wide range of services.

As a Business Analyst, you will help shape and deliver digital initiatives that improve both patient care and internal service delivery. Working closely with clinicians, operational teams and digital specialists, you'll investigate how services currently operate, identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the design of future solutions. You'll translate service needs into structured documentation, support business case development and create artefacts that guide delivery teams through each stage of a project. You will also contribute to Agile ceremonies and play an active role in refining and prioritising work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and understand existing processes, identifying opportunities to modernise or simplify.
  • Capture, organise and communicate requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Produce documentation such as workflow visuals, impact assessments, options summaries and benefits analysis.
  • Create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria for delivery teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews and discussions to gather insight and validate proposed solutions.
  • Support Agile delivery cycles through sprint planning, backlog refinement and ongoing clarification.

In order to apply for this role you must be able to be in the office in Northumberland twice per week.
