We are looking for an experienced People Relationship Advisor to support our Retail business with high-quality HR and Employee Relations guidance. This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is confident managing complex cases end-to-end.

Must-Have Experience:

  • Strong Employee Relations background – managing disciplinaries, grievances, capability and absence cases
  • Retail industry experience – understanding of branch operations, store leadership, and customer-led environments
  • Experience coaching and supporting managers through sensitive HR issues
  • Knowledge of UK employment law, HR policies, and compliance requirements
  • Ability to build trust and strong partner relationships across regions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage ER cases fairly and consistently
  • Advise store and regional managers on HR policies and risk
  • Support long-term absence cases across the retail network
  • Coach managers to strengthen people leadership capability
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and support HR process improvements

Contract:

  • £160/day
  • Hybrid working (3 days in Milton Keynes office)
  • Short-term contract with immediate start
