We are recruiting for an experienced Dynamics 365 Project Manager to join a growing organisation undergoing significant digital transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of business-critical Dynamics 365 projects, working closely with stakeholders, end users and third-party partners to deliver successful implementations and drive long-term business improvements.

The Role

As Dynamics 365 Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of system implementation and enhancement projects across the organisation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation projects from discovery through to go-live and hypercare.
  • Facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements from key stakeholders.
  • Managing relationships with third-party vendors, implementation partners and suppliers.
  • Coordinating project plans, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies.
  • Supporting data migration, system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Driving stakeholder engagement and ensuring successful user adoption.
  • Translating business requirements into practical system solutions.
  • Providing regular project updates to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to business objectives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 projects.
  • Strong project management experience across business systems implementations.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Experience overseeing UAT, deployment, user adoption and post-go-live support.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, RAID management and delivery methodologies.
