We are recruiting for a Business Systems Implementation Manager to join a growing organisation undergoing significant digital transformation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced systems professional who enjoys leading business-critical implementations, working closely with stakeholders, and driving the successful adoption of new technologies across the organisation.
The Role
You will take ownership of the delivery and implementation of business systems, acting as the bridge between operational teams, technology partners and senior stakeholders. Responsibilities will include:
- Leading end-to-end business systems implementations from requirements gathering through to go-live and hypercare.
- Facilitating stakeholder workshops and translating business needs into system solutions.
- Managing third-party suppliers and implementation partners.
- Coordinating testing activities including UAT and defect resolution.
- Supporting data migration, process improvement and change management activities.
- Driving user adoption through training, communication and engagement.
- Monitoring project risks, issues and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensuring systems align with operational processes and business objectives.
About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:
- Experience delivering CRM, ERP or business systems implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners.
- Knowledge of requirements gathering, process mapping and business analysis techniques.
- Experience coordinating UAT, deployment and post-go-live support.
- Strong project delivery and change management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly Desirable
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
- Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement experience.
- Dynamics 365 Field Service experience.
- Business Systems Manager, Functional Consultant, Implementation Manager or Applications Manager background.
- Exposure to Power Platform solutions.
