Inside of IR35 / Umbrella set up only £550 - £675 a day Hybrid working to an office in Scotland (multiple locations available) Capital projects We're looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to support the delivery of a portfolio of high-value projects valued between £20m and £50m .
Key
Responsibilities: Lead the tendering, negotiation, and award of NEC contracts .
Draft, review, and manage complex contractual agreements.
Provide commercial and contractual oversight across multiple projects (typically 6-7 concurrently).
Manage post-contract activities, including compensation events, payment forecasting, accruals, and contract compliance.
Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks while supporting successful project delivery.
Requirements: Proven experience managing contracts on large-scale infrastructure, construction, engineering, or utilities projects.
Strong knowledge of NEC contract management.
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
