Squad Engineering Manager - Cloud- Fintech

This role is for you if:

• You're a strong engineering leaderwith experience building and running resilient cloud platforms, and you enjoy leading teams that sit at the intersection of infrastructure and product.
• You're a pragmatic software engineer-comfortable with JavaScript/TypeScript but also open to other languages like Go or Python.

• You enjoy collaboratingacross engineering, product, and operations to align goals and ensure platform stability and scalability.
• You care deeply about operational excellence, automation, and making things reliable, secure, and easy to use.
• You've led or contributed to modern cloud-native environments and are fluent in AWS best practices, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), and monitoring (Datadog).
