About the Role:
CHI in Local Government Solution Toolkit Design
This assignment supports the Community Health Index in Local Government project.
You will act as technical lead within a small CHI team (PM, Product Owner, Governance Lead and Digital Office Enterprise Architect in support) to create a toolkit of integration tools to enable Local Govt and Partners to utilise CHI for identity management including
- API framework design
- Service Design
- Technical consultant to LG, Health Boards and other partners of varying organisational size and capability
Essential Skills & Experience:
Mandatory Experience of Technical Architecture within the Scottish Public Sector, one or more of Scottish Govt, NHS/NSS/PHS, or Local Government
Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills
Good knowledge and experience of the application of Architecture Frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)
Good business acumen
Solid technical knowledge, including:
Cloud Computing
API Design/Management
Web Services
Enterprise Integration
Systems Integration models and practice
Cyber Security
Data Architecture
Master Data Management
Data Modelling
Data Standards
COTS products
Health Data standards e.g. FHiR
Experience of project governance in one or more of Scottish Government, Local Government or NHS Digital including Agile/iterative working.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience of Identity Management standards
