What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same. You'll balance strategic partnering with hands-on delivery, working across a broad range of people initiatives including:
- Coaching and supporting leaders on people matters, employee relations, performance, wellbeing and organisational change.
- Work with our Head of Talent, developing managers and leaders through training, coaching and capability-building programmes.
- Using engagement survey insights and people data to identify opportunities and drive improvement.
- Supporting talent development, succession planning and career progression initiatives.
- Championing diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging across the business.
- Partnering with leaders on reward, recognition and colleague engagement initiatives.
- Leading and contributing to people projects that enhance organisational effectiveness and support business success.
Who are you?
We're seeking a HR professional who combines commercial awareness with a genuine passion for people.
- Previous experience in a HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor, HR Manager or similar strategic HR role.
- Strong employee relations and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience coaching and influencing leaders at all levels.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align people solutions with business objectives.
- Experience supporting organisational change and transformation.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Confidence to challenge constructively and drive positive change.
- A collaborative, relationship-focused approach and a passion for creating great colleague experiences.
