We're currently supporting a large organisation undergoing significant digital change and are looking to engage an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of modern, user-centred solutions. This role will sit at the heart of an Agile delivery environment, working closely with delivery teams and business stakeholders to help digitise and streamline a number of previously manual processes.
The Role
As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping requirements and ensuring business needs are clearly understood and translated into workable, value-driven solutions. You'll act as the bridge between non-technical stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring clarity, alignment and momentum throughout the delivery lifecycle.
What You'll Be Doing
- Working within agile delivery teams, supporting sprint planning, refinement and ceremonies
- Engaging with non-technical stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document business requirements
- Translating complex processes into clear user stories, epics and acceptance criteria
- Facilitating workshops and discussions to challenge, validate and prioritise requirements
- Ensuring outcomes remain user-focused and aligned to business objectives

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst operating in an Agile environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on experience writing high-quality user stories and managing product backlogs
