Harvey Nash are now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Capability & Workforce Planning Lead. An initial six month contract, inside of IR35. Daily rate of £800 - £1000 a day. Hybrid to an office in Reading.
Lead the capability and workforce planning workstream within a major IT transformation programme, ensuring the organisation has the skills, structure, and ways of working needed to deliver its technology strategy.
Working closely with HR and senior technology stakeholders, you will support the design and implementation of enterprise-wide job families aligned, develop structured technical learning and development frameworks, and establish certification and competency standards across key roles.
- Strong analytical capability to assess workforce data and capability gaps.
- Experience presenting workforce insights and transformation plans to senior stakeholders.
- In depth knowledge of the concepts and principles of project management, planning, time management and project leadership.
- Proficient user of all Microsoft systems, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, & MS Office suite.
