Are you a hands-on ServiceNow expert who thrives at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and delivery? We’re partnering with a leading global Consultancy to find a ServiceNow Architect who can own engagements from initial client conversations through to successful implementation and beyond. This is not a pure design role. We’re looking for someone who can shape, build, and deliver - someone equally comfortable running client workshops, defining architecture, and rolling up their sleeves to develop on the platform.
The Opportunity
As a ServiceNow Architect, you will play a pivotal role in delivering transformational ServiceNow programmes for enterprise clients. You’ll lead from the front, translating business challenges into scalable solutions, guiding delivery teams, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across the full lifecycle. You’ll be trusted as both a technical authority and client advisor, helping organisations maximise the value of their ServiceNow investment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow engagements from discovery through to delivery and optimisation
- Facilitate client workshops, requirements gathering, and solution shaping
- Define solution architecture aligned to best practices and business outcomes
- Take a hands-on role in development and configuration where required
- Provide technical leadership and oversight across delivery teams
- Drive governance, quality assurance, and successful project execution
- Advise clients on ServiceNow roadmaps and platform strategy
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams
- Support user adoption, testing, and change management initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Strong, demonstrable experience across the ServiceNow platform in both architecture and development
- Proven ability to lead full lifecycle implementations independently
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices, design patterns, and platform capabilities
- Experience delivering solutions across multiple modules, ideally including:
- GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)
- CSM (Customer Service Management)
Certifications
- ServiceNow CIS certifications - essential - multiple preferred
- CTA (Certified Technical Architect) - highly desirable but not required
Why Join?
- Work with a globally recognised consultancy on high-impact transformation programmes
- Opportunity to take true ownership of architecture and delivery
- Access to complex, enterprise-scale projects across industries
- A culture that values technical excellence, autonomy, and innovation
- Clear progression toward CTA-level capability and leadership roles
Who This Role Suits
This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond pure development and wants to own the bigger picture, but still enjoys being hands-on when needed. You’re someone who doesn’t just design solutions, you deliver them end-to-end. If you’re ready to take the lead on meaningful ServiceNow transformations and work at the forefront of enterprise technology delivery, we’d love to hear from you.
