We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a high-profile warehousing transition programme for a leading logistics provider. This is a critical engagement focused on creating capacity for a major new customer through the successful relocation and transition of existing warehouse customers and operations. This programme represents a significant 3PL implementation, supporting a major customer as they move from an in-house warehousing model into a third-party logistics environment. Working closely with both customer and internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery against a challenging timeline and significant business change agenda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the project from initiation through to delivery, with kick-off scheduled in the coming weeks.
  • Manage the transition of existing warehouse customers and operations.
  • Work closely with the customer's Project Manager and key internal stakeholders.
  • Drive project governance, planning, risk management, and communications.
  • Ensure delivery against the target customer go-live date of December 2026.
  • Manage a high-profile programme involving significant business change.

Key Requirements

  • Proven Senior Project Management experience within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments.
  • Strong 3PL implementation experience is essential.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Strong awareness of wider business change impacts and operational dependencies.
