An experienced Project Manager is required to lead a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) implementation for a university, working on behalf of a Microsoft digital transformation partner. The project will initially focus on Admissions, with responsibility for overseeing the full lifecycle of delivery.
Reporting to the PMO Planning and Resourcing Manager, the role involves managing project plans, coordinating stakeholders across academic and administrative teams, and ensuring strong financial governance through forecasting, timesheet tracking, and invoicing. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex Higher Education environments.
This is a 6-month contract (May–October 2026), inside IR35, with a hybrid working model requiring significant onsite presence in Derby.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in delivering enterprise CRM implementations - preferably D365 - within the Higher Education sector.
