About the Role
As a Senior Conceptual Designer, you\’ll be responsible for developing ideas from initial concept through to final execution. You\’ll work closely with account managers and fellow creatives to ensure smooth project delivery and maintain high standards of design across all outputs.
You\’ll be expected to:
Create compelling visual concepts that communicate ideas and stories effectively.
Own your projects while taking creative direction and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Push brand guidelines to deliver fresh, engaging work.
Partner with writers on campaign concepts and film treatments.
Challenge perceptions and demonstrate the power of great design.
What We\’re Looking For
We\’re seeking a bright, experienced designer with a strong portfolio that showcases both creative thinking and execution. You don\’t need to come from a corporate background – we value originality and a collaborative spirit.
Essential Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop).
Ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
Strong communication and time management skills.Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of Adobe Workfront.
Experience with After Effects.
Familiarity with HTML/Dreamweaver.
An understanding of AI tools in the creative process.
