Base pay range Direct message the job poster from Harvey Nash Senior Delivery Consultant /Recruiter (Client @Meta UK) Key Responsibilities : Manage execution tasks for communication partnerships (onboarding, MDF, partner payouts, etc.). Resolve support tickets and partner escalations , ensuring timely resolution. Organize and streamline partner communications (surveys, marketing updates, product info). Work with Engineering/Product teams to resolve technical partner issues. Be the main contact for operational and sales-related issues with partners. Handle operational tasks in Salesforce (deal logging, tracking discounts/incentives). Minimum of 2-4 years in consulting, strategic partnerships, account management, partner operations , or project management. Cross-functional collaboration and task prioritization. Experience with Salesforce Admin . Strong communication skills, particularly for senior-level reporting. Preferred Skills : Data handling and analysis experience.
