We are currently seeking a Rollout Engineer for an exciting new contract opportunity based in the North East. As a Rollout Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a Windows 11 upgrade across a user base of over 2,000 employees . Working alongside another experienced engineer, you\’ll be responsible for the hands-on rollout, ensuring minimal disruption to users and maintaining high standards of technical support throughout the process. Key Responsibilities: Deploy and configure Windows 11 across desktop and laptop devices. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues arising during the rollout. Provide on-site support to end users, ensuring a smooth transition. Collaborate with internal IT teams to maintain rollout schedules and documentation. Maintain accurate records of completed upgrades and outstanding tasks. Requirements: Proven experience in desktop rollout or migration projects. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 10 and 11. Familiarity with imaging tools, deployment software, and endpoint management. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to travel to Middlesbrough and work on-site 5 days per week.
