Job Introduction:

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Records Management SME to join our prestigious client's team. The specialist will work within the Records Management Programme. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across Technology, legal, compliance, and records management teams to design, configure, and roll out a compliant and efficient records management solution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent understanding of metadata management, metadata standards, content types, retention labels, and taxonomy.
  • Experience of designing workflows and document lifecycle models.
  • Experience of configuration and testing.
  • Hands on experience with platforms such as SharePoint and Microsoft Purview (formerly known as Microsoft 365 Compliance Centre).
  • Familiarity with scanning tools leveraging AI search.
  • Familiarity with RM standards and information governance frameworks (e.g. ISO 15489).
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
  • Professional qualification in records management an advantage.
  • Background in Information Governance and Records & Information Management.
