Harvey Nash is now recruiting for a Head of Enterprise PMO (EPMO) to build and lead a recently established enterprise portfolio capability. This is a high-impact, strategic role, supporting the Director of Digital to shape and deliver a £200m+ portfolio of IT change across 150+ initiatives.
You will be responsible for establishing and leading the EPMO, ensuring that investment, priorities, and delivery are fully aligned to business strategy. You will bring structure, governance, and clear insight across the entire IT portfolio enabling senior leadership to make informed decisions and drive successful transformation at scale.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience leading an Enterprise PMO / portfolio function in a large, complex organisation
- Strong background in portfolio governance, demand management, and financial oversight
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow SPM, Planview, or Clarity
- Ability to influence at senior/executive level
- Strong commercial awareness, including budget and investment management
- Experience delivering within complex transformation environments (Agile/Waterfall)
- Excellent leadership skills, with experience building high-performing teams
