Harvey Nash are now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Capability & Workforce Programme Lead, an initial six month contract, inside of IR35.
Daily rate of £800 - £1000 a day Hybrid to an office in Reading or Glasgow The Role Lead the capability and workforce planning workstream within a major IT transformation programme, ensuring the organisation has the skills, structure, and ways of working needed to deliver its technology strategy.
The role will establish a clear, evidence-based understanding of current capability across a large IT function, define future capability requirements, and drive targeted initiatives to address identified skills and capability gaps.
Working closely with HR and senior technology stakeholders, you will support the design and implementation of enterprise-wide job families aligned, develop structured technical learning and development frameworks, and establish certification and competency standards across key roles.
Strong analytical capability to assess workforce data and capability gaps.
Experience presenting workforce insights and transformation plans to senior stakeholders.
In depth knowledge of the concepts and principles of project management, planning, time management and project leadership.
Organisational awareness with ability to operate with confidence and credibility across all functions of the organisation.
