3 month Contract Duration Outside IR35

Due to the nature of this project, our customer is seeking a candidate who can work onsite 3 or more days per week. We are seeking a hands-on QA Lead to oversee quality assurance across a large-scale eCommerce re-platforming programme. You will work closely with our customer and their SI partner to define and execute a comprehensive test strategy, ensuring platform changes meet business requirements and operational standards. The ideal candidate will provide independent quality assurance across both digital and in-store systems, with experience in a retail environment preferred. You will work independently to create the test plan and execute testing activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define full test strategy.
  • Own the end-to-end QA approach for the programme, covering digital, in-store, and backend systems, ensuring all testing aligns with business requirements and operational standards.
  • Oversee integration testing.
  • Validate OMS workflows.
  • Test operational store scenarios.
  • Manage UAT.
