We are currently supporting Citi on an urgent requirement for a Senior Project Manager to join their Program Execution & Transformation team, delivering a MiFID II Order Execution Policy Change programme within Markets.

This role focuses on regulatory change delivery across EU and UK MiFID II requirements, ensuring compliance through enhancements to policies, processes, controls, systems and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery of MiFID II Order Execution policy change programme
  • Manage end-to-end project plans, RAID logs, governance and reporting
  • Work with Front Office, Trading, Sales, Compliance, Legal, Risk and Technology teams
  • Translate regulatory requirements into structured implementation plans
  • Track delivery progress and manage risks, issues and dependencies
  • Oversee changes across procedures, controls, systems and reporting
  • Ensure successful transition into BAU operations
  • Provide updates to senior stakeholders and governance forums
Key Requirements
  • 10+ years' Project / Programme Management experience in Investment Banking / Markets
  • Strong MiFID II regulatory change experience within Tier 1 banks
  • Proven track record delivering regulatory change end-to-end
  • Experience working with Front Office, Risk, Compliance and Legal stakeholders
  • Strong governance, documentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to operate at senior level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Desirable
  • Markets / Front Office product knowledge
  • Experience within Citi or similar Tier 1 investment banks
  • PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification
