A leading Retail Bank are currently seeking a Technology Programme Director to join them on a permanent basis in London (flexibility to UK wide). The role would be responsible for a large tech transformation function, focused on the businesses retail banking offering. The role requires very strong knowledge of agile methodologies and strong stakeholder management skills.
Essential Requirements:
- Ability to lead and run multi-discipline teams
- Experienced leading technology strategy, large-scale IT system design and IT Delivery
- Extensive experience with Agile and DevOps Delivery methodologies
- Very strong Retail Banking knowledge
- Excellent record of successful delivery
- Very strong management and team leadership experience
- Very strong Stakeholder management skills
- Previous IT Operations or Change Delivery experience is needed
