Job Description:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to obtain accurate shipping documentation.
  • Experience of core shipping procedures and terms (Incoterms) to maintain compliance with external customs and legal parameters.
  • Drive the day-to-day logistics pipeline by processing and tracking individual shipments from requirement capture through to final delivery.
  • Serve as the vital link between internal teams and global logistics infrastructure, managing the execution of the logistics pipeline to ensure procured items move efficiently.
  • Monitor the logistics pipeline closely for delays, risks, or recurring compliance issues, and immediately flag potential bottlenecks.
