My Confidential Challenger Banking Client are looking for Principal Engineers to build new greenfield AI native digital banking products 0-1! They are using the latest AI Technology to ship fast.

They can offer up to £150,000 basic + 20% bonus + double matched pension.
They are based in London, and collaborate 2 days a week in the office.
We are looking for strong Full Stack Principal Engineers to lead a squad of 8-10 with the following experience:
Seniority: experience leading as a principal, staff level or tech lead.
Ownership / Accountability: Have been responsible for the end to end delivery of technical products.
The Key technologies: Java, Spring Boot, Azure, Kafka, React/Typescript, React Native, (Using AI Tools is a big Plus).
Experience with API's, Microservices, Event Driven Architecture. xgikmsk (Greenfield Next Generation Solutions is a big plus)
