Power Platform Developer Location : Remote, within the London or Birmingham areas to be able to travel to the office when required. Harvey Nash are going through an exciting period of change and we are on the hunt for a Power Platform Developer. You will play a pivotal role in our global business transformation, working closely with product and process owners, business analysts, solution architects, other developers, and members of our global tech team. Your mission will be to interpret business requirements and create technical solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform that align with our enterprise architecture. You will develop PowerApps and Power Pages for projects across our recruitment divisions and other group functions, driving continuous improvement and supporting colleagues in harnessing the full potential of PowerApps! The Job: Review business requirements as detailed in the user stories and requirements catalogues and design/implement into scalable, working solutions within Microsoft Power Platform/D365. Create system integration services/solutions to support business requirements, ensuring robust design and error handling using core components of Power Platform or azure integration services. Work under the remit of the group Solutions Architect lead to design and implement power automation solutions, that align to group development standards and frameworks. Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams on the delivery of projects and solutions under the business systems roadmap and group transformation plan. Develop and maintain specifications and documentation. Evangelize the use of the Power Platform technologies with development teams to increase the adoption and use within solution design. Learn and use Microsoft CoPilot studio skills and apply to AI initiatives with Fabric and Copilot studio. Support colleagues within data functions, such as BI/Report and DBA to deliver data lead automations into the business. Build automations that support recruitment and administrative teams perform with increased efficiency and also compliance. Support testing plans for integrations that ensure successful “go-live” deployments Review and understand business requirements, translating into technical deliverables that can be accurately costed and delivered within specific timeframes and sprints Provide thought leadership for new and emerging Microsoft solutions, including Power Platform, Azure Document Intelligence, and Azure Open AI. Maintain and develop skill levels to industry standard and maintain current and thorough working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Integration stack What do you need to be successful? Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, AI Builder/Azure Open AI, Dataverse, and Power Apps. Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform and/or Azure cloud. Working knowledge of Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio is desirable. Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Dataverse is extremely beneficial. Strong knowledge of authentication methods and API technologies. Understanding of data and file formats such as XML/JSON/PDF/CSV. Knowledge of Azure cloud applications, including Web Jobs, Resource groups, Application insights, and Storage accounts. Experience with Azure integration services and API integration with data warehouse solutions is highly desirable. At least 3+ years of experience in the definition and execution of enterprise software projects. Experience working across all lifecycle stages and within different project methodologies (agile, scrum, etc.).
