As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) for Event Spaces, you will bridge the gap between world-class structural design and cutting-edge event technology. Build state-of-the-art public and internal event spaces, including The AI Exchange—a highly visible community space designed for massive scale public exhibitions, cultural events, and deep-tech presentations. You will lead the end-to-end delivery program including engineering validation, and deployment of broadcast-standard event technology and production infrastructure across these flagship spaces.
5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Lead Systems Engineer delivering complex, large-scale AV/Broadcast integration projects. Proven experience managing high-tier Systems Integrators (SI) from tender/RFP stage through to final acceptance testing (SAT).
- Systems Integrator Management: Oversee the day-to-day progress of the appointed Systems Integrator. Review engineering schematics (CAD/Visio), track milestones, manage variations, and hold the SI accountable to Client's strict quality, safety, and delivery standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Construction Managers, Network Engineers, Broadcast Engineers, Video Production Operations crew and wider Internal teams at client to align facilities infrastructure with production realities.

- Deep technical knowledge of broadcast standards and production workflows (e.g., 4K/UHD HDR workflows, camera control systems, intercom matrices, lighting control grids).
