Harvey Nash is now inviting candidates to apply for the 6 month contract role of Technical Support Analyst. Hybrid - 2 days a week in Cardiff £20 - £21.46 an hour (7.4 hour day) Umbrella only. Monday - Friday, full time.
Your main responsibility will be to provide first line support for an area of our clients business systems. You'll be responsible for managing requests received via the Support mailbox, from the first point of contact until resolution. A significant part of this support role will include the development of MIS reports using tools such as Microsoft Access, SQL Server and Power BI.
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Design and development of ad hoc MIS reports from a variety of systems
- Responsible for the design, development and validation of ad hoc MIS reports
- Building short term tactical solutions using Excel, Access, Power BI and SQL Server
- Manage the Support mailbox
- Coordinate 2nd and 3rd line queries with relevant engineers
- Responding to a high demand of support requests
