Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Designer to play a key role in shaping and delivering an enhanced support model for our clients Corporate Operations.
- Inside of IR35
- £500 - £550 a day
- 6 month contract
Working within agile, multidisciplinary teams, you will lead service design activities, engage a broad range of stakeholders, and help define sustainable operating models, governance arrangements, processes and service standards.
Experience Required
- Proven experience in Service Design, Operating Model Design or Business Transformation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- ITIL / Service Management knowledge
- Experience of working with oracle
- Experience working within agile delivery environments.
- Ability to translate complex business and operational requirements into practical service solutions.
- Knowledge of service transition, organisational change and continuous improvement.
- Experience within public sector or large-scale transformation programmes is highly desirable.
