Harvey Nash are now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Service Designer. Hybrid working to Newcastle or Manchester - 3 days on site per week. SC Active or Eligible. 6 month contract £450 - £500 a day.

We're seeking an adaptable Service Designer to work in a fast-moving, less-defined environment with evolving services and stakeholder groups.

The Role

  • You'll design internally focused services across multiple applications, helping to bring structure, clarity, and alignment where there is no single defined user and delivery is less methodical than traditional frameworks.

What You'll Do

  • Navigate complex, sometimes unclear stakeholder landscapes.
  • Proactively build relationships and secure buy-in across teams.
  • Shape services in a non-standard, fluid delivery environment.
  • Connect processes and systems into cohesive service experiences.
