Our customer is seeking an experienced Product Lead with strong expertise in data-driven application delivery and a proven background in the Education / EdTech sector to lead the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of a key digital transformation programme focused on data-enabled learning solutions. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering scalable, insight-led data products that improve educational outcomes, enhance decision-making, and support personalised learning experiences across learners and educators.
Acting as the key bridge between business stakeholders, data teams, engineering, UX/UI, and education specialists, you will ensure product delivery is aligned to both strategic objectives and user needs. Working in a fast-paced Agile environment, you will lead discovery, define product strategy, manage prioritisation, and oversee end-to-end delivery of data-focused applications and platform features.
- Proven experience as a Product Lead / Senior Product Manager delivering data-driven applications or platforms
- Strong background within the Education or EdTech sector
- Experience working with data products, analytics platforms, dashboards, or insight tools
- End-to-end product lifecycle ownership (discovery through to delivery and optimisation)
- Strong stakeholder management across technical, data, and non-technical audiences
- Ability to translate complex data and user requirements into clear product solutions
- Experience working closely with data engineers, analysts, UX/UI, and development teams
- Understanding of data architecture, APIs, and data pipelines (at a product level)
- Experience with learning platforms, LMS or digital education ecosystems
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, personalisation or data-led learning solutions (desirable)
- Experience in public sector or large-scale education programmes (desirable)
