We’re partnering with a large, well-backed organisation investing heavily in a new MarTech platform, building out Adobe-powered capabilities to drive personalised, omni-channel experiences. They’re looking for a technical, hands-on Tech Lead to lead from the front – someone credible in the code, strong in system design, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
The role:
- Leading design and delivery across Java, Angular and AWS
- Driving Adobe platform implementation (AEM / broader Adobe stack)
- Acting as the technical voice in stakeholder discussions
- Backend-leaning initially, with full-stack exposure over time
What they’re looking for:
- Strong Java + AWS background (non-negotiable)
- Frontend experience with Angular (or React)
- Ideally exposure to Adobe (e.g. AEM)
- Experience in MarTech, ecommerce, or content platforms
- Proven Tech Lead – not a step-up from Senior Engineer
- Strong communicator – able to explain technical decisions clearly
Package:
- 25% personal bonus (paid in January)
- £13,500 partnership bonus (paid in June)
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite (Tues–Thurs, Central Manchester)
- 10% Pension Contribution from employer
