What you'll be doing:
- Gathering, analysing and documenting business and system requirements
- Translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Mapping as-is and to-be business processes
- Working closely with Product Managers, Developers and stakeholders
- Supporting testing, UAT and go-live activities
- Driving continuous improvement across digital products and services
- Contributing to enhancements within a CMS-driven web environment
What they're looking for:
- Experience delivering digital solutions within a CMS environment
- Strong Business Analysis experience within Agile/Scrum teams
- Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements from stakeholders
- Ability to create user stories, process maps and business documentation
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
- Understanding of testing phases including SIT and UAT
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
