We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded Transaction Services Manager to join our growing Financial Due Diligence (FDD) team. In this role, you will lead due diligence engagements, support senior leadership in delivering high-quality financial insights, and mentor junior team members to foster their professional development.

You will work across buy-side, sell-side, and refinancing transactions, serving as a key point of contact for clients, investors, and advisors. The role requires strong project management capabilities to ensure engagements are delivered efficiently, profitably, and in line with the highest professional and technical standards.
