We are looking for an experienced Events & Onboarding Coordinator to support large-scale New Hire Orientation (NHO) programs in London. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves operational detail, and enjoys delivering exceptional in-person experiences for new joiners.

  • Deliver and support NHO events for 50–100 new hires
  • Provide in-room support: speaker coordination, guiding attendees, public speaking
  • Manage logistics: room setup, AV checks, scheduling
  • Partner with Facilities, Culinary, Security & Global Onboarding teams
  • Handle swag inventory (includes lifting boxes)
  • Manage new-hire question queues and provide on-the-spot support
  • Send communications, invites, confirmations
  • Complete reporting & audits via Google Suite
  • Adapt quickly to changing agendas and fast-paced operations

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–7 years corporate event coordination experience (conferences, orientations, internal events)
  • Strong communication & customer service skills
  • Comfortable with public speaking
  • Excellent Google Suite skills (Sheets/Slides/Forms)
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented & proactive
  • Comfortable working onsite (NHO weeks: 5 days; other weeks: 3 days)

Key Details
