We are hiring for one of our global technology clients! We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale AV and Broadcast infrastructure projects for a global technology client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Delivery: Lead the technical delivery of up to five event spaces and production control rooms currently under construction in the P37 building, targeting delivery by the end of the year.
  • Systems Integration Management: Manage external systems integrators and engineering teams to ensure broadcast systems are delivered to specification.
  • Engineering Standards & Milestones: Sign off on engineering standards and technical checklists for project milestones.
  • Operations & Vendor Management: Oversee on-site technical vendors, including camera operators, production coordinators, production assistants, and technical operators. You will manage the overall operations for these event spaces and production studios.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the wider Enterprise Network team (which manages corp and lab networks) to ensure seamless broadcast delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Industry Background: A broadcast background is essential. Candidates must have experience working for a systems integrator, a broadcaster, or a provider of broadcast kit.
  • Technical Proficiency: Must have a deep understanding of broadcast standards, specifically SMPTE ST 2110 and Dante, and experience with systems integration at scale.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage construction-related projects and navigate the complexities of managing trades on-site.
