Description
We're looking for a Salesforce Senior Developer/ Architect to help us design and deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions across our business.
The ideal candidate is hands‑on, technically strong, and confident working closely with product, business, and dev teams to shape solutions that are not only well‑built but also future‑proof and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions (Service Cloud focus )
- Lead technical delivery and drive best practices across Apex, Flows, LWC, and integrations
- Collaborate with admins, product managers, and BAs to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Support CI/CD process (GitHub, Jenkins) and maintain development standards
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members
- Ensure integration and data flows with third‑party platforms (e.g., Zuora, Adobe, external APIs)
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong Apex , Lightning Web Components , Flows, and API integration skills
- Experience designing scalable architecture and optimising performance
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, permissions, and platform limitations
- Familiarity with CI/CD tooling – GitHub + Jenkins
- Able to work cross-functionally and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Zuora or other subscription billing platforms
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Dev I/II, App Builder, Architect certs)
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams
