About the Team
- You’ll be joining a well-established, high-performing Financial Services team in London with a strong reputation in the market.
- 120+ active and retained clients across Financial Services and Technology.
- 200+ contractors currently out in the market as a team.
- A consistently award-winning desk and team, recognised for performance and delivery.
- Led by a £1m+ billing manager, setting high standards and strong commercial leadership.
- A warm desk environment, with immediate demand and live hiring activity.
- 60+ live roles already in play, giving you instant opportunity to start building your pipeline from day one.
- This is not a cold start environment, you will be stepping into an active, in-demand market with established relationships and real opportunity to earn quickly while you learn.
What will you be doing?
- You’ll join a high-performing Financial Services team operating at the centre of London’s technology and transformation market.
- Learn the fundamentals of recruitment through structured training, live coaching and hands-on development.
- Work on an active desk with live jobs from day one.
- Source, engage and manage high-quality candidates across Financial Services technology and change programmes.
- Support hiring across Technology, Projects, Change and wider Transformation roles.
- Build relationships with clients, candidates and contractors across a thriving candidate base.
- Develop business development skills by supporting client engagement and identifying new opportunities.
- Become a specialist within your market, building deep sector and technology knowledge.
- Attend client meetings, networking events and industry forums to grow your professional brand.
- Work closely with experienced consultants and leaders who will mentor and support your progression.
