Harvey Nash is working with a growing B2B software company to find a Product Implementation Associate to join their team in London. You will be bridging the gap between sales and engineering.

Our client builds a modern platform that helps global organisations manage complex product, supplier, and regulatory data. Operating in highly regulated, fast‑moving environments, they are scaling quickly and investing heavily in their customer implementation and success function.

As a Product Implementation Associate, you’ll work closely with customers, Sales, Product, and Engineering to take clients from signed contract through to a successful platform launch—and beyond. You’ll own onboarding and implementation, act as a trusted customer partner, and help shape scalable processes as the company grows.

  • Support pre‑sales discovery and solution design alongside Sales
  • Lead customer onboarding and implementation from contract to go‑live
  • Configure the platform to meet customer needs and guide data migration
  • Deliver training and support early adoption

Experience in Implementation, Customer Success, Solutions, or similar roles

3+ years in a customer‑facing role within a software environment

Experience with configurable or workflow‑based software

£45,000–£65,000 salary, depending on experience

Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the Camden office

Opportunity to shape customer implementation as the company scales

Office-based in Camden on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, with remote working on Wednesday and Friday.
