You will join a global delivery function supporting a large-scale infrastructure-focused portfolio, ensuring strong governance, financial oversight, and operational continuity across a portfolio of projects and business-critical initiatives.

  • Key skills and responsibilities:
  • Proven experience working as a PMO Manager within complex portfolio environment
  • Strong financial PMO experience with deep understanding of portfolio and project financials
  • Experience leading monthly governance forums, reporting cycles, and board pack creation
  • Ability to ensure Project Managers are following agreed delivery methodologies
  • Experience overseeing portfolio financial actuals and governance structures
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with PMs, PMO teams, and senior leadership
  • Experience managing large portfolios consisting of projects, continuous improvement, and maintenance initiatives
  • Background working within infrastructure-focused environments
  • Experience conducting QA reviews and driving process improvements across PMO functions
  • Exposure to digitisation initiatives, BI reporting, and creating a “single source of truth” environment
  • Understanding of how AI can be leveraged to improve PMO processes and reporting efficiencies
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior PMO resources and improving process ownership
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced, high-stakes global environment with flexible collaboration hours when required
