We are looking for an experienced Partner Manager / Channel Manager / Programmatic Manager / Customer Success Manager to manage strategic agency and platform partnerships within the AdTech and MarTech ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with programmatic teams, managing partner relationships, driving growth plans, and handling contract renewals across agency and technology partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow strategic agency and platform partnerships
  • Work closely with programmatic and media buying teams
  • Drive partner growth plans and commercial opportunities
  • Lead regular client and agency calls to ensure successful collaboration
  • Manage day-to-day partner relationships and stakeholder communication
  • Ensure timely renewal of contracts and partnership agreements
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and internal stakeholders
  • Support onboarding, adoption, and usage of AdTech/MarTech platforms
  • Build long-term relationships with agencies and enterprise partners

Mandatory Skills:

  • 5–10 years of experience in AdTech, MarTech, Programmatic Advertising or Digital Media
  • Strong knowledge of: DV360, CM360, GA4, DSP ecosystem / Programmatic space
  • Experience managing agency partnerships and strategic partner relationships
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in sales support, partnerships and customer success
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience handling contract renewals and partner growth initiatives
