Harvey Nash Project Solutions is seeking 2-3 experienced Manhattan Active WMS Consultants / SMEs to join a major warehouse optimisation and transformation programme for an initial 3-6 month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in enhancing and optimising the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) platform, working across both warehouse operations and technical delivery teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Contract Details

  • Location: Northampton (2-3 days per week onsite)
  • Contract Length: 3-6 months
  • Rate: Competitive (TBC)
  • IR35 Status: Outside IR35 (Subject to final determination, but expected to be Outside IR35)

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management platform.
  • Work closely with warehouse operations, supply chain and business stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements.
  • Analyse warehouse processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement.
  • Configure and support Manhattan Active Warehouse Management solutions.
  • Lead workshops with business stakeholders and facilitate requirement gathering sessions.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live activities and hypercare.
  • Deliver knowledge transfer and training to end-users.
